GROUND FLOOR

As soon as you enter the villa, you will feel your new home. All rooms are bright and spacious. On the ground floor is a large functional open-plan area which connects kitchen, dinning & living rooms with direct access to swimming pool area. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: kitchen island, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer,  wine cooler, filter and espresso coffee machines, kettle, toaster. Next to the kitchen is a dining table suitable for 10 persons with a wide view to outdoor pool.

The living room offers a fireplace, comfortable sofa and smart flat-screen TV. The sofa has the function of a bed for 1 adult or for 2 children.

One bedroom is located on ground floor, equipped with unique double bed (160X200 cm) made of old Croatian oak flat-screen TV,  air conditioning and a separate wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and hair dryer.

Laundry is equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and if is necessary  with iron and ironing board.  Spare bed linen and towels are provided.

FIRST FLOOR

All three spacious bedrooms have custom made large oak double beds (180X200 cm). All bedrooms are equipped with smart flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a wardrobe. Each bedroom has own bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and hair dryer. Also, on first floor you can relax in spa area equipped with a Finnish sauna and a shower.

Villa St. Lucia is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi connection.

OUTDOOR AREA

The outdoor area includes a salt water swimming pool, size 8×4 m, a spacious sunbathing area with deck chairs, sun umbrellas and outdoor furniture. Most desirable area is the barbecue with gas grill, a sink and counter perfect for open area cooking.

Private parking place is big enough to accommodate up to 4 cars.
